Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to ACproducts, services, and orders.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Provide product recommendations and technical information to customers as needed.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking metrics, and identifying trends in customer feedback.
  • Support promotional campaigns by communicating offers and assisting customers in understanding their benefits.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of air conditioning systems or related products is a plus.
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
