Key Account Manager for VIVAX Air Conditioners (m/f)
Job position in Pristina
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively monitor market trends and identify future partner needs within the channel, including competitive analysis and tracking competitor activities;
- Drive the acquisition of new customers, expand partner and distribution channels, and increase market share;
- Strategically position the product range at points of sale, aligning with overall product and brand strategies;
- Develop and execute annual plans in collaboration with partners;
- Provide technical and sales support to partner channels;
- Participate in the organization and execution of promotional and sales activities within the partner channel;
- Continuously monitor and enhance partner satisfaction and engagement.
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same or a similar sales position;
- Knowledge of the AC market and features of air conditioners is an advantage;
- Advanced knowledge of English and active use in business communication, knowledge of Croatian will be an advantage;
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Persistently strive to achieve successful commercial results;
- Diligence, organization, and goal-oriented attitude;
- Advanced use of MS Office package;
- Valid category B driver's license (active driver).
