Today, VIVAX offers hundreds of products across multiple categories: Air Conditioning and Heating, TV and Audio Devices, Small Household Appliances, Large Home Appliances, and Smart Devices.
As we continue to grow and achieve strong results in the Albanian market, we are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Technical Service Support Specialist who will provide technical and aftersales support across the entire VIVAX product portfolio.
This role is essential in ensuring professional support to our customers, installers, and service partners. It includes collaboration with the sales team, preparation of technical materials, assistance during product installations, and coordination of service activities — all with the goal of strengthening the VIVAX brand presence and customer satisfaction in Albania.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the installation, setup, and servicing of VIVAX products (HVAC, appliances, electronics, smart devices) to partners and service providers.
- Assist with product commissioning and offer guidance during installation processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and instructional materials.
- Identify and coordinate training needs for installers, sales staff, and service partners.
- Support basic system design and help customers choose the right solutions.
- Provide technical insights and feedback to the product and sales teams.
- Conduct technical benchmarking of competitor products.
- Stay informed about local standards and regulations relevant to product installations and service.
- Participate in product presentations, demos, and technical events.
- Define aftersales service packages and support pricing structures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on warranty and maintenance policies.
- Manage spare parts selection and stock control to ensure excellent aftersales service.
- Deliver technical training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Approx. 90% office-based, with up to 10% of time spent on site visits, events, or customer meetings.
Candidate Profile:
- Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in technical support, service coordination, or aftersales roles – ideally within consumer electronics, home appliances, or HVAC.
- Good understanding of electromechanical systems and basic knowledge of refrigeration and thermal installations.
- Familiarity with local Albanian regulations for installation and servicing of household and electronic products.
- Strong ability to explain and communicate technical information clearly across product categories.
- Skilled in preparing technical documentation and delivering product training.
- Well-organized, analytical, and solutions-oriented.
- Intermediate English is required; other language skills are a plus.
