As we continue to establish our presence in the Greek market, we are looking for a motivated and technically skilled professional to join our team as Technical Service Support for HVAC products.
This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality technical and aftersales support across the VIVAX HVAC portfolio. It includes collaboration with sales, preparation of technical documentation, coordination with installation and service partners, and providing hands-on assistance during installations when needed. The goal is to ensure the professional implementation of VIVAX HVAC solutions and contribute to building a strong and reliable brand presence in the Greek market.
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for the installation, setup, and servicing of VIVAX HVAC system to prodessional installers and service providers.
• Assist with HVAC product commissioning and offer guidance during installation processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and instructional materials specific to HVAC systems.
• Identify and coordinate training needs for HVAC installers, sales staff, and service partners.
• Support basic HVAC system design and assist customers in selecting suitable air conditioning solutions.
• Provide technical insights and feedback to the product and sales teams for HVAC-related improvements.
• Conduct technical benchmarking of competitor HVAC products.
• Stay up to date with local standards and regulations related to HVAC installations and servicing.
• Participate in HVAC product presentations, demos, and technical events.
• Define aftersales service packages and support pricing structures for HVAC solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on warranty and maintenance policies for air conditioning units.
• Manage HVAC spare parts selection and stock control to ensure high-quality aftersales service.
• Deliver technical training sessions focused on HVAC products for internal and external stakeholders.
• Approx. 90% office-based, with up to 10% of time spent on site visits, events, or customer meetings.
Candidate Profile:
• Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in technical support, service coordination, or aftersales roles – within HVAC or related industries.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, with in-depth knowledge of refrigeration and thermal installations.
• Familiarity with local regulations for HVAC installation and servicing.
• Excellent ability to explain and communicate technical information related to HVAC systems.
• Skilled in preparing technical documentation and delivering HVAC-focused training.
• Well-organized, analytical, and solutions-oriented.
• Intermediate English is required; other language skills are a plus.
