Personal Data of Job Applicants
If you apply as a candidate for the selection process, your personal data will be processed to facilitate the entire job application process based on mutual interests in employment.

After the competition ends, we will automatically delete your personal data 365 days after the application date, unless we notify you that we need it for other purposes, for which we will request your explicit consent.

The personal data that will be processed during the job application process includes:

Any personal data you provide via the job application form, including: name, email address, phone number, cover letter, resume, LinkedIn profile, or any other profile through which you apply;
Statuses and notes related to your job application;
Written electronic communication.

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU), we are obligated to inform you that concealing or falsely representing personal data in your job application may be a disadvantage compared to candidates applying for the same position/competition.

If you apply for the competition via your LinkedIn account, your personal data will be processed through LinkedIn. LinkedIn uses cookies. You can find their privacy policy at:
